The News-Register Publishing Company in McMinnville, OR owns and operates the News-Register, The Vancouver Voice and Oregon Wine Press. Raelene Bond, Circulation Director / Classified Manager, said the Subscriber remote access module allows customers 24-hour access to a secure self-service web site to access their account information. Subscribers can make payments, send a service request or request a temporary stop in service. Additionally, the remote management module allows newspaper personnel in the field access to critical data to manage their operation. With the remote management module newspaper personnel can access subscriber/contractor/single copy information from their laptop or smart phone greatly increasing efficiencies and reducing costs.
