Support Process - The system is designed to help APT and our customers to more effectively submit, track, resolve, and report on the issues that affect your business, resulting in improved efficiencies and superior service. “Need to know" individuals are automatically informed of crucial matters—when issue status changes, automatic email notification keeps key people at APT and the customer informed “Streamline and speed communications” automatically sends emails to the appropriate person when there is a status change.
“Distribution Lists” set up information distribution lists on a pre-defined or ad-hoc basis.
“Faster personal problem resolution” users can search our knowledge base management area to get immediate answers to questions, user tips and technical notes. Convert solutions and resolved issues directly into knowledge base articles.
Our Customer Support Department is staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday.
